Shift Happens: Reframing and Reclaiming Life's Challenges

Saturday, November 2, 10 AM - 3:00 PM CENTRAL TIME via Zoom
Lin Marie Bendorf and Dr. Anne Jacobson

Reflect! Reframe! Revise!
How Expressive Writing Transforms

We cannot control major challenges we might face in life…but how we choose to frame these stories can lead to breakthroughs and improved health!

“The pieces I wrote in this writing workshop about unresolved past experiences changed my whole perception of what happened and why…which was to me, super powerful and an example of what this kind of writing can do for our personal healing and growth. It's not an exaggeration to say that it was life changing, at once healing, energizing, cathartic and revealing about my past and the person that I am today.“

Doug Cooper, Writing Client
